I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere if you are needing any services they offer.I had an appointment scheduled at another shop for a full body XPel PPF on my brand new $107k pickup that was a 6 week wait to get in. I had this shop do my bedliner and noticed they offer vehicle wraps and PPF. I inquired about them doing my truck and was told they can definitely do it as they had done many vehicles and can get me in within the next week. I asked about the products they use stating I wanted XPel installed on my truck to the salesman and owner. Both reassured me that Line-X and XPel have a partnership, and all Line-X franchises are certified XPel installers with Line-X of Odessa guys having gone through XPel training. I stated I wanted a quality job done and that all painted surfaces needed to be fully covered and tucked as I wanted a matte PPF installed to change the color from gloss. They said that is what they do, and my truck would be in good hands.I decided to schedule the job with them as they could get me in much sooner and paid them $5,000 upfront to order XPel film and supplies. I picked the truck up during one of the dust storm days late in the day and quickly went over the truck with the owner pointing out a few blemishes I noticed. He stated the truck would come back to them after the PPF cured in 2 weeks and they would fix it, also informed me they had broken my window trim bezel and would get me a new one from ford. I paid them the last $5,283 totaling $10,283 for the job done.Once I got the truck into my shop, I really started to notice the sheer lack of quality work that had been performed. I brought the truck to the initial shop I had an appointment with to get an expert opinion on the job done. At this point I was informed that the entire wrap would need to be removed and re done. It would also need to go to a body shop and get fixed due to the razor cut marks all over my paint under the film. I reached out to XPel corporate to ask them how to proceed. I was asked for my XPel warranty card which I had never received. I called Line-X of Odessa asking for my warranty card as well as explaining the situation to them. They wanted another chance to fix the job and informed me they could fix it all without removing the film and told me they would get me my Warranty card.We went back and forth for several days before I told them the truck would not be returning to them and requesting a full refund and my Warranty card due to the XPel warranty policy does not allow them to fix the film, it has to go to a different shop. I was told they would get me my card and decide on the refund. 4 days went by, and I was told at this point that they never installed XPel on my truck, so I had no warranty, and they were not going to give me any money back as the job was done.The morning I received this call I had left to travel cross country with the truck and found I had no cruise control. Upon inspecting around the front bumper, I found a broken main wiring connector that they zip tied back together pinching and breaking several wires on. I also have no block heater as they smashed it between the frame and bumper somewhere that I cannot find, I am traveling to cold climate, so the block heater is needed.The lack of quality from this shop will now end up costing me $10's of thousands to fix due to their negligence, plus unwanted time in court to get my money back out of this disaster of a shop. all personnel involved with this business should not be doing any work on anyone's vehicle. Please take your business elsewhere so you don't have to deal with what I am currently going through. Upon my communication with XPel corporate and Line-X corporate I as well found out that they have no training on doing full body PPF wraps and have never gone through the required XPel training. These are a few of the hundreds of photos of blemishes and problems I have found.

Have had a couple services done and completed by Line X Odessa. Had the pleasure of dealing with Tom up at the front, for my Katskin Install on my 2023 Challenger and he also sold me on some little monster LED upgrades for this car. The leather completely changes the car and lights are phenomenal.Top shelf service from Tom and the team and LINE X Odessa! Have a few more upgrades to make to my car through them soon.Dan Szatkowski
